spinnybrunette User Info... | Wow, what a small venue. The place was crammed with about 70 or so kids. Langley definitely has a great, supportive all ages scene. Arrived halfway through Kickback (my apologies to the openers) who squished themselves on that cozy stage to play theit alt metal set. Music was reminiscent of Alice in Chains. Radiokill was next, who are a new band I find myself enjoying these days. Very heavy riffing, bass player reminds me of Martin (Splatter bass) which is always a good thing. Have to say they weren't as tight as they were when they played the Asbalt with us but still enjoyable. Had to leave early though because my ride wasn't feeling too well. All in all, I have to definitely commend Langley for their All ages scene. It is very alive and vibrant with some great up and comers like Radiokill. - Tue, 16 Nov 2004 10:02am | ||
