Psycho Chic User Info... | Even though I'm a biased patron (family of Maurice and friend of Making Mischief), I must say that this show was incredible! Maurice blew my mind as always, except last night was probably one of the best shows of their's that I have seen (and I've seen almsot all of them since the begining!). JP really worked the crowd and allowed the other guys in the band to get into some of the spotlight. Instead of it being "The JP Show" as usual, it was a tight collaberation of all four guys. We finally heard some backup and harmony since the departure of Nathan, which lent the songs more depth and gave the audience a taste of what's to come on their upcoming album. JP, Devon and Simon all worked the crowd with their boyish charm and delivish sarcasm, while Connor stayed still and focussed in the shadows of his drums. Their sound was amazing and their energy was through the roof. In closing - Maurice is SO hot right now (except Devon!). Making Mischief was, well, what can I say? Making Mischief. Very impressive for their reunion gig, seeing as they only rehearsed once or twice before the show. They wowed the crowd with their new songs and created a nostalgic vibe with their oldies but goodies. Mitch was a total riot as always but I must say that it was Mac who stole the show. I couldn't get over his rendition of "smokin da pot"...so funny. Sadly, we missed out on the traditional t-shirt send off of Mike's, which I was definitely looking foward to. All in all their set was entertaining and kept me awake for that last few hour of the gig. - Wed, 27 Oct 2004 11:03am
Mitch User Info... | Thanks to all who came to the show. Special thanks to Maurice and Amy K. Maurice is so tight, these guys will be picked up quick. And Amy K is always dazzling and heartbroken. We had some sound problems at the start but it turned out allright in the end. Thanks again, see you at the battle of the bands! - Wed, 27 Oct 2004 2:12pm
In Vino Veritas User Info... | Anyone know if Maurice have a website, or if their contact info on Live Vic is still current? - Fri, 29 Oct 2004 3:38pm
Psycho Chic User Info... | In Vivo Veritas - No, Maurice does not have a website (YET!). Their contact is still correct. Get ahold of Devon at [email protected] or 598-1828. - Sun, 31 Oct 2004 2:27pm
