The show last night was insane to say the least.

The Cloak had a rad set,
it's not the same in the day time
but still they did awesome.

Big props to The Cloak.

Good luck on your tour guys!

Warbom had an awesome set.

A Taste For Blood was bad ass,
the highlight of the night for sure.

Self Inflicted was rad,
I didn't get to see much of there set
but from what i did watch
they sounded awesome.

Yes great show! All agers rule in this city, the kids make it worth while with their crazy mosh/floor punching.

And Jay, sorry againt about whacking that cymbal while you were fixing it. Not very nice of me, it happened purely out of habit. Hope your arm feels ok becuase that sure looked like it hurt :)

All the bands were great but A Taste for Blood showed once again what a touring band should be. Tight, powerful and very impressive.

And good luck to The Cloak on tour! - Mon, 28 Jun 2004 9:45am

Great show everybody, thanks all for coming out! Good to see constant movement on the floor, you kids are nuts! broken has tightened up a lot since WBOM played with them in Nanaimo, good work guys. I had to sit out most of the Cloak to watch the door, but I know these guys are good, they don't need to hear it from me. ATFB played I think better than they did in Vancouver and it helped a lot that there were more kids going way more nuts at our show. Plus they are rad dudes with tons of funny stories (Claire and I hung out with them and talked with Fudd about being old straightedge "kids"). SI ripped it up, and it was really cool to see the kids giving it up for them.
It went really well, very few problems, I think we'll be trying another Sunday night show in August.
Oh as a funny post-script, we got a bizarre phone call from the community centre this morning saying that if their missing milk crates (?) weren't found, that we'd have to reimburse them! Turns out that, of course, we had nothing to do with it and they found them and apologized. I immediately got a hilarious image of dozens of young punk and hardcore kids leaving the centre with armloads of crates saying "what a score!".
See you all on July 10 for DISSENT!!!! - Mon, 28 Jun 2004 8:00pm

This VeeEyeAitchCee guy knows how to put on a show! Short sharp sets of raging hardcore from across Canada, a brilliant sun-dappled stage, and tons of bone-crunching, floor-punching action from VI's hardcore superfans! An awesome show from start to finish! - Mon, 28 Jun 2004 9:47pm
