Demen Ted User Info... | Hey... so gone, I didnt know which band was which... First up was DIY, I know that much. Holy shit, this fucking rocked. The guitar sounded really weird, I thought, but it was really really cool. Their first show, and I'll be at their others. The Proles: Also very good, Thier demo on their site SUCKS! TAKE IT OFF! These guys were a blast to finally see... I dont know why, but although I finally got into the pits, I didnt like the next bands very much... I unno if it was me or the weed. But the band who played last (beaumonts I think) I REALLY liked, although I was a little tired (havent slept for a couple days... blech). Yep, lots of fun had by all. I think I kinda sorta met Knifeghost, anyways, rock on buddy, I was a little out of it. WELL worth the measly $4! Dan Conner oh yeah, Daves a fag! - Sun, 14 Mar 2004 7:46am
Zac User Info... | It was a killer show overall, thanks to all the bands for having us on the bill. There was so much energy in that little room! Everyone played great, and the Beaumonts, fuck, what a way to end a show. Definately worth the 4 bones. Hope to see you all again soon. -Zac (D.I.Y) - Sun, 14 Mar 2004 9:00am
Seditious User Info... | Bloody good show everyone, not a hitch. The police fucked off, which made it easier to continue. DIY are on there way to popstardom, if you ask me, but who knows. The Rampant played a pretty good set, new song or two. kinda sucked that the Banned didn't show, but the neil young cover band made a nice replacement... if not quite as rambunctious. Randy Paganini is goin' somewhere too. Beaumonts were impressive musicians, and it being their first all-ages show I think they played a tight set. The Proles are going to go down in flames, they have nothing going for them. - Sun, 14 Mar 2004 9:53am
KnifeGhost User Info... | Dan, you met me indeed..... I came late, saw most of The Rampant's set, then my friends dragged me out to drive them to a high-school party.... *shrug* Was a good set, though..... - Sun, 14 Mar 2004 12:38pm
Lurker User Info... | The Banned were never supposed to be on the bill. The organizer asked. The Banned said no. The organizer put them on the poster and on the show listing anyway. End of story. - Sun, 14 Mar 2004 3:15pm
Nik Olaz User Info... | i was totally gonna go but the wind of a house party gig with organsplatter called my name. - Sun, 14 Mar 2004 6:47pm

Demen Ted User Info... | Phil, you are my god! If you are who I think you are... Huah! hooray - Mon, 15 Mar 2004 12:59pm
Dimebag Deaner User Info... | zzzzzzzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...... Man was going to that show sober a big mistake. I felt like i crashed a highschool party, without any coke to sell (totally bunk). I went to checkout the banned, the other bands were good but didn't really do anything for me. I saw AK47 play the night before, maybe thats why i found the show so boring. The one man act ruled though. I really liked that bearded guy from the second-to-last band's voice. Cars suck. - Mon, 15 Mar 2004 2:23pm
Seditious User Info... | The Banned never said 'No'. I talked to a couple of the members myself and they said they won't know if there were to play until they were all on stage on the night of the show. Dre you stinkin' Russian we didn't steal our name! It's a term that can be used by anyone. Kinda like DIY. - Tue, 16 Mar 2004 8:35am
Lurker User Info... | Ha... if you ask a band to play and they don't say "yes" then the answer is no. - Tue, 16 Mar 2004 4:15pm
Mr. Choad N. McFly User Info... | as a matter of fact the banned did say no. kenny asked justin, he said he would get back to him, then kenny asked again and justin said no. kenny went ahead and put them on the poster anyways. and how would they play the show when they had no drummer at the time and their other guitarist was up in nanaimo? think about it. anyways. i heard it was a good all ages show. wish i could have gone. for those of you who still wanna see the banned there is a show at the end of the month. saturday the 27th. i dont know the adress of the place, but the bill is yeknob, the banned and another band i cannot remember at the moment. you all have a great st. pattys day. see ya - Wed, 17 Mar 2004 6:54am

zac User Info... | Who fucking cares about The Banned, dont get me wrong, they do kick ass, but the show was great without them, and nobody seemed too dissapointed about them not being there. So lets all stop whining about bad communication, especially those who didnt go to the show or have no affiliation with the bands. Who cares? - Wed, 17 Mar 2004 9:35am

Myka User Info... | hi. Sounds like a good show. I wish we could have played, but it didn't work out like it could have. suffice it to say that drummers are stupid. Anyways, the Banned are playing the 25th in Vancouver at the Cobalt, the 26th in Nanaimo (posiibly the best of the three Dance Floor Disaster shows) and then we are playing the 27th in Vic (I don't know where) and the 28th in Vic at the Lucky bar. Cheerz and Beerz - Wed, 17 Mar 2004 3:36pm
Sedated Corpse User Info... | Hey Myka, can BurywhatsDead borrow a guitar amp for our set at the Nanaimo show? - Thu, 18 Mar 2004 7:13am
Truth By Trial User Info... | I've never seen the Banned before, so i was a little let down when they weren't at the show, but it was still good to see the young local punk scene in all it's glory(?)
