Message Board > Show Reviews > Harmless Heroes, Kincaide, Habitat, Hitch, Vendors Show |
Stairway To Hell User Info... | This was overall not the greatest show I've seen. It was rather underattended, and the venue was far too big for that scale size of a show. Vendors were rather boring, Hitch was good and fast, Kincaide was pyscho. Habitat was much better than I've seen them before, they changed to three-piece, and i was very impressed with the new sound. Harmless was awesome. I think they would've rather play a bit longer of a set, but time was an issue. I didn't stay for their whole set, but it was really late when they started either way. All in all, this would have been an awesome show in a smaller venue. I'll definently see a few of these bands again though. - Sun, 29 Feb 2004 3:56pm
eboner User Info... | the venue was not too big buddy. perfect size just not enough people. great show! kincaide are my favorite band in victoria. so good. hitch were good too..and the habitat are good as always. i dont who was who for the other bands..but they all played good sets. not alot of ppl there tho..that was lame. - Sun, 29 Feb 2004 4:40pm
Rex User Info... | all i saw was the habitat... what was usually my fav GBA was kinda shaky... nice offspring cover tho, and that new song (the last one) was absolutely amazing... "who woulda thought that in the end there would be three". keep it up! - Sun, 29 Feb 2004 6:03pm
Proglore User Info... | Yea The boys from Habitat really impressed me this time. I've seen them before, but that was a killer set, especially the last one Say Goodbye. They've definently changed their sound, it's quite wicked, if you haven't seen them you should. The other band I also really enjoyed was Kincaide. They have this crazy alt rock metal sound, and they put on a good show with energy for such a small crowd. I'd also recommend them. The other three bands didn't appeal to me that much. - Sun, 29 Feb 2004 7:11pm

mcecill User Info... | Despite the lack of people, this show was good. My favorites were The Vendors and The Habitat. The Vendors deserve tons of credit for doing what they are doing at their age. These boys are already tight, definately a bright future as musicians. Thanks to Hitch for putting the whole thing together, and to everyone who showed up. http://www.stopkincaide.com (new website will be up in a couple days) - Sun, 29 Feb 2004 8:59pm

The Habitat User Info... | Thanks for all the positive feedback guys, and thanks for coming out to the show, there wasn't too many of you, but for those who were there, thanks. I think all the bands put on a wicked show regardless of attendance, and that's what music is all about. Congrats to Kincaide for bofm. Check us out again on March 26th @ The Garry Oak Room with Armchair Cynics, The Bloodwarmers, Lythic Blue and Red Baron. Good work to all the bands. - Mon, 1 Mar 2004 7:51pm
