| Endeløs User Info... | I have a question- How much did everyone pay at the door? This show was advertised as being $5, went there, was charged $7. However, the people infront of us paid $5. | Sati User Info... | $2 is a big deal to some people when they've also paid $$ to actually get to a show. To others its a big deal to be treated like a chump & taken advantage of. Stuff like this has done a lot of damage here in Vancouver. There are loads of people here who won't go to local shows because of how often it happens. (That and cuz they don't let anyone know when bands cancel.) Anyway, certain bars do it with drinks too unless you run a tab. Maybe the people in front of you had heard about the $5 thing and were both broke and really, really persuasive.
