Exellently located 2BR basement suite on Chambers street, in the heart of fernwood, with private entrance, laundry, lots of storage, big backyard, cable, fridge, stove and microwave. n/s, n/p. Minutes away from groceries, downtown and Uvic/Camosun bus routes. $760 a month, ulilities included. We're looking for 2 cool people to occupy this here place of living starting January 1st.
