| ::Saint:: User Info... | Well my latest project has dried up on me, so I am once, again, a free agent in this topsy-turvy world of Victoria Music. I'd love to find an active project to lend my bass playing skills to.. style wise I take a lot inspiration from Muse in terms of my bass style; I like to play groovy, uncomplicated basslines with a progressive kind of feel, with a liberal helping of fuzz and distortion, where applicable. And I come complete with some nice gear! I like to rock fairly hard, though I'm not really a metal-head, and I'd like to be able to have a prominent spot in the mix, so a sound with a decent amount of room (i.e. not just a wall of distorted guitar) would be ideal. I do like stuff that rocks hard with a gothy sort of feel (i.e. Project 86, Lacuna Coil), and I could do something in more of a Muse/Radiohead kind of vibe, or even something poppier, along the lines of Metric or Mobile.. I'd say I'm open to a lot of things, just gotta be the right mix of personalities. If there's an opening for a guitarist, I've got one who will probably be interested as well.
