It's funny how you can't hear any punk, psychobilly or surf influences in your songs. Instead you do "hard" rock music, sing about zombies...and call it psychobilly. Tpp bad...if you actually did something with a surf-abilly influence, you'd be doing something kinda original...for Victoria. - Mon, 22 Dec 2008 5:34pm

Im not overly knowledgable about these genres (by which I mean I know nothing). so Im not even going to comment about the post above mine. I'll just assume the T stands for troll.

That said if I had a decent bass set up I'd be down for this. Sadly I do not. Good luck finding a real bass player. - Mon, 22 Dec 2008 6:48pm

Sounds like a heavier B-52's from their first album. If I could play bass, I would be down too, but good luck and hope to see you guys playing soon. - Mon, 22 Dec 2008 10:56pm

Well now a days there are so many sub genres, it seems you just broaden what you are to find where you fit in. We have all sorts of different influences, and genres of music we listen to and like. So all of that comes into what we write for our band. We don't doubt that we are hard rock, but we have a bit of that psychobilly intention and punk influence. Who cares if we say that.

Thanks for the positive comments, as a group starting out we appreciate it. - Mon, 22 Dec 2008 11:04pm Edited: Mon, 22 Dec 2008 11:07pm

sounds good. wouldnt mind a little more umphf or schutzpah or something behind the vocals. and some dudely back ups would contrast well. uhhghs and oh yeahs..

yeah there seems to be an emotional disconnect between music and singing.

tons of potential dont get me wrong. and I like your voice just want it to make me feel a little more.

We have a song we are just finishing the music on that's got balls ;) It's a good ol' fight song, with crowd chanting and dudely back ups. I'm looking forward to getting it done.

Thanks for the constructive criticism, I appreciate it. - Tue, 23 Dec 2008 10:25am
