Eyes on Fire looking for a drummer..

| ::Saint:: User Info... |  Style-wise, we are aiming for heavy, progressive alt-rock with some good groove, and some metal twists. We are still a young band, so we aren't terribly set in our ways.. still lots of room to be creative and make your mark. Creatively we are not a one-man show, and there are no dictators or big egos, though we would like a drummer who is willing to take direction when necessary. We are playing generally heavier material, but we're going for good grooves, so being able to drum with a little nuance and dynamic would definitely be preferable to just straight-up power drumming. We jam once a week at ProJam and get together in the interim for writing / recording when it is convenient.. we have storage at the space as well.. AND we have access to a kit for the time being so you wouldn't necessarily have to bring in a heck of a lot of gear if you want to come check it out in person. | ::Saint:: User Info... | Yeah, we had a drummer, however we all realized that it wasn't really the right fit so he quit, unfortunately. It is good in the long run as I think we will be able to find someone who gels a little better with the rest of us and with the music we are doing, but searching for a drummer has got to be one of the most painful things any band has to do...
