| Noah User Info... | I�m moving out of my house as of August 1st, and was wondering if a new band wanted to occupy it. The basement is equipped with a large jam room in which you can play loud music all night, and nobody will complain. It is also very close to downtown. If you want this four-bedroom house, I�ll through in the washer and dryer as well as various pieces of furniture (desks, couches, etc.) The rent is $1150 a month plus utilities. What�s the catch? I�ve painted the house various colors and fixed up the jam room. Before I move out, I have promised the landlord I would re-paint the house white and return the jam room to its original state. This isn�t really a problem as I have a lot of white paint and some free time coming up, but a friend of mine suggested that I post this and see if there was any interest. If you agreed to take it, you would have to promise the landlord that you would re-paint the house. (He�s a fair man, who wouldn�t screw anyone over.) It is an excellent band house, and has housed many a Victoria�s finest bands (Hot Hot Heat and Last Laugh among others.)
