| ::Saint:: User Info... | Hey, I've been playing bass now for close to 12 years, but for the past several of those it has been in a fairly creatively-stunted, albeit condusive to improving my skills, kind of environment, and I'm really getting back into doing something original and fun, with the aim of recording and performing live. I am already involved with Spencer Lillo's Black Orchid Rebellion band project, but I'm also interested in finding some other things to do with my talent / time / equipment A part of me would really like to join up with an established band who maybe is newly sans-bassist, as I'd like to avoid starting from scratch if possible (though if the right group of people came along I'd be willing). I am totally willing to learn and play songs that are already there, but I also have my own style and creativity to add, and I'd like to be a part of something that is open to that. Musically, I am really interested in good, heavy / ambient rock, preferably with an electronic edge to it -- bands that inspire me musically include stuff like Muse, Coldplay, Skillet, Econoline Crush, U2, Thousand Foot Krutch, Celldweller, Gravity Kills, Pitchshifter, Portishead, God Lives Underwater, and a lot of other stuff like that.. not that I want to be a clone, but ya know. On a personal note, I am a Christian, and I think it would be cool to hook up with other Christians, though I am NOT a religous Christian, and I'm not at all interested in being your morality monitor, so please don't peg me as such.
