| Fishin' | Singer/guitarist with backlog of originals seeking drummer and bassist to play melodic yet heavy material. Queens of The Stone Age is the most relevant band I can think of to describe my current interest but my tastes are quite varied. I like everything from Lou Reed to 90's indie (ie. replacements, pixies) to MC5, Stooges to 70's-80's new wave (ie. Elbvis Costello, XTC) as well as recent stuff such as The Hives, John Spencer Blues Explosion. My taste is actually much broader but suffice it to say I'm really torn between heavy guitar sounds and well crafted hooks. | Fishin' | To Mr. "SKINS GUY". I must admit I'm uneasy about the fact that you are typing in all capitals (a net faux pas that ususally signifies yelling). Referring to drums as "SKINS" seems like some thinly veiled sarcastic sexual overture.
