Anton User Info... | I will be moving to the Victoria area this coming January, thought I would throw out a line early. I have a bud that will probably play drums, even if he is in something else when I get there. We would need a bass player and a second guitar, probably lead. I solo, more for atmosphere than flash. Infl: Beaver, Kyuss, QoTSA, Electric Wizard, Sons of Otis,Frank Zappa, Thornley(Yeah, I said it), Big Wreck.....I want to see where the music goes after we get something together....nothing wrong with making moeny, too. - Wed, 13 Jul 2005 8:55am

foal User Info... | I might be interested but im looking to be more Electric Wizard than QOTSA. Im looking for more High on Fire, Eyehategod, Isis, Jesu etc... Iam also moving to vic but in Aug... note my post from a few days ago - Wed, 13 Jul 2005 3:32pm
Homer User Info... | Great, I'll keep you guys in mind when I move. I am going to start looking for somewhere to jam just before i get there. I know how impossible it is to find anything. - Fri, 15 Jul 2005 11:25am
chocula User Info... | I might be into the lead guitar bit. What kind of gear you got? I'm not really into the slow doom-ish stuff, but thornley, qotsa and zappa are great. Got a bass player lined up? If your drummer bud is busy(he any good, btw?), I know a guy who'd be good for heavy rock. And yeah.....nothing wrong with making a bit of money. - Sun, 31 Jul 2005 5:31pm
Homer User Info... | The drummer was in Bronze, and yeah, he is a great drummer. I play a Les Paul Studio through a Marshall JCM 800 and I am in love with my Big Muff. I love it loud and having seen Thornley live lately would like to move more into the loud melodic stuff. My former band didn't give me much opportunity to "sing", had to do a lot of yelling. I still need to find a bass player, but that will come with time, I guess. Maybe email me at [email protected] and we'll talk. I will be in Vic in October, if things work out maybe we can meet. - Tue, 2 Aug 2005 9:54am
sincitydevil User Info... | Hey, If you need the assistance of another bass player let me know...I'd totally be up for some sludge rock....ala Kyuss. I've played in punk, death rock, industrial, dub, and jazz bands so I'm pretty versatile and I have a pile of gear and a van... I'll be relocating to Victoria at the begining of September... ~cheers Shawn - Thu, 4 Aug 2005 11:01am
