andrew User Info... | Anyone here down for some busking on the causeway this summer? I play the tenor sax and rhythm guitar so I figure we could play any musical style that can be acoustic and calls for the use of horns. I know you hoochies are up for it... - Mon, 16 May 2005 11:50pm
hijakt User Info... | The license to busk on the causeway is $180 per annum. There are only a limited number of licenses to be handed out. Being 'acoustic' does not guarantee you'll be considered for a license as they have concerns about decibel levels...my beef is that my schtick requires amplification (elec guitar/loop pedal/battery amp)...amplification that can be controlled. If you'd like more info, page Joseph Gonyeau @ 413-6828. If you've got a city busking license ($10)and you still want to jam out on the street, email me. ~Jack - Tue, 17 May 2005 1:05pm
