| Sly Firebone User Info... | holy shit. this post was up here for almost 2 weeks! i was begining to lose hope.i thought i might have to move to vancouver. they have a decent scene there. i went to a show there on saturday night at a joint called the marine club. the deadcats were playin and a band from seattle called graveyard shift. some people i talked to there said that it was a different crowd that night cuz of the psyco-billy bands. usually its all rock-a-billy they said. weird place though. its a private club for sort of non-navy sea faring folk i guess.like the legion but not. id love to play there though. every 3rd saturday is live rock-a-billy/psyco-billy bands from all over. aside from the chicken pickin' banjo playa and Mr.Stand-up bass, who plays what? and Mr.banjo, are you able to switch between geetar and banjo? or maybe you could buy one of those geetar/banjo hybrids,like the guy in big sugar and van halen, only with banjo on da top and a geetar on the bottom! ha! - Sun, 22 Feb 2004 6:39pm | ||
