| CHEWIE User Info... | After a successfull summer on Salt Spring Island, Anise Restaurant is looking for more bands to play between now & December. There are still dates open this month (September). Music takes place on Friday & Saturday nights between 9pm & 1am until November when it changes to Saturdays only. We are looking for Rock, Blues, Jazz, Funk, R n'B, Soul, Reggae & everything in between. If anyone is interested in coming over, please leave a message here or send me an Email. If you have a web site with a demo on it, let me know. If you don't, you can post a demo to: Chewie, Anise Restaurant, 132 Lower Ganges Rd., Ganges, Salt Spring Island, BC, V8K 2S9. | mingus User Info... | Taiwanmilk is touring in Canada right now. They are in Toronto playing all the clubs (Silver Dollar, Rivoli, Sneaky Dees, 360, Horseshoe tavern) and play at the Montreal Pop festival on Sept. 28. They will be playing in Vancouver at The Backstage Lounge ( Arts Club Theatre) Oct. 16. I know they are looking for gigs in Victoria, Van and area and would go to Salt Spring to play.
