| Anna User Info... | I'm wondering if anyone could help me compile a list of pubs, coffee shops, etc in Victoria that host open mics. I'm a singer/songwriter just looking for performance experience and exposure ~ and I figure that must be others out there who would also find such a list useful. | ho hum | Monday - Steamers - mostly college guys that ramble on and everyone's just wishing they'd end so it could be their turn to ramble on. Tuesday - SuCasa (Blanshard&Pandora in the Ocean Island Hostel) - pretty cool place, the open mic is often pretty dead, but would be worth a shot. Wednesday - Thursdays (aka Logan's) - very ecclectic, from really good gypsy jazz or country hoedown music to steamers-style sublime covers. | Anna | Ok so what has been determined so far: Sunday: 3->7pm @ Logan's (with Carolyn Mark) Monday: 7pm(?)-> @ Steamer's Tuesday: evenings @ Sucasa Lounge (791 Pandora @Blanshard, in the Ocean Island Hostel) Thursdays: 8:30-> @ the George and Dragon Apparently the JBI used to have a jam night, but that ended in December.
