| Vicious Vacant User Info... | Hi, I'm Megan Drysdale, founder of a new Punk venue called PUMEX in Parksville. We will be making so little money it's sick, but the more money we raise the more shows we can put on so that everyone gets the chance and experience to play live venues. We'll accept anyone from seasoned bands to brand new bands who've never played a show before. Our goal is to get enough bands to spread it out three or four days and have different bands play different nights. It's a great way to meet other musicians, and to reach a potential fan base. Parksville really has shit all for the music scene and we'd like to change that. | Vicious_Vacant User Info... | Wow. Keep e-mailing me. So far I have somewhere in the region of 12-15 interested bands. All in the last what, less than 36 hours? YAY. Right now our biggest concerns are where (we'll be figuring that over the next couple of days) and a PA system, speakers and the like. If anyone has any of it, and would be willing to lend it to us, I'd guard it with my life. I swear. | Vicious_Vacant User Info... | Re: Ross We have about 10 interested Victoria bands, all acquired in about the last three days, so we'll definitely try to set up a sort of car pool. As far as somewhere for you guys to crash, I really don't know, we'll have to work on it... really depends on where the venue is.
