| ::Saint:: User Info... | I've been looking at putting something like this together as well. My idea was to get 4 or 5 bands together and share all expenses, then every band gets a certain number of tickets to sell and keeps whatever they sell. Then we would just split any tickets sold at the door. My thinking is that if everyone splits the costs then no one is too much out of pocket if the thing crazily bombs.
