[+} User Info... | actually! by all means. i think the venues should be updated on livevic. venue listings need to have the following: a] venue name b] location c] contact info d] rental price (per night) e] brief policy and procedure. whaddya say? a livevictoria ammendment!! - Sun, 30 May 2004 10:46am
Brian VIHC User Info... | The White Eagle hall is $500! It's a rad venue, but for that price... The Da Vinci center I looked into last year. It is RIDICULOUSLY expensive for an all-ages show. We're talking $800-1000 for a night. - Thu, 3 Jun 2004 12:59pm
[+} User Info... | the white eagle is $450.. but hey! logistics, logistics. it's more than worth it in my opinion. but the james bay hall is pretty nice for the price. - Thu, 3 Jun 2004 2:29pm
Livevic Scott User Info... | I think $450 is a bit much for a hall of that size .. its a nice room but with its capacity its not really worth it for that price *I* don't think... plus its all the way out in James Bay? - Sun, 6 Jun 2004 9:39am
[+} User Info... | it's 300 person with great sound. the bill-hillies play that hall quite frequently and pack it. i think the show will be good there on the 19th. hey scott, what do you say? update the venue info fields? it should include some of the stuff on the list above.. i think. - Sun, 6 Jun 2004 9:58am
Brian VIHC User Info... | "all the way out in james bay"? Dude, it's ten minutes from downtown. That's way closer than the Garry Oak room. And besides, the beach is two blocks down the street from the eagle hall! - Mon, 7 Jun 2004 1:46pm
[+} User Info... | james bay represent! - Mon, 7 Jun 2004 2:45pm
