| Jl User Info... | im sure in the past there have been cases where animals were 'considered' part of the family; but like you said, ultimately a pet should be/most often is considered 'property'. I would assume, at the very least; on top of the gun charges(firing etc...), he'll be up for destruction of property. Im pretty certain he'll get a slap on the wrist, but it would be nice to hear the justice system working out for once and not letting this idiot appeal his defence(which is that the gun 'accidentally' went off; which is why he split because he was scared...) - Wed, 8 Oct 2008 2:18pm | ||
