Goddess User Info... | I heard about shit going down at a local's jamspot, blood and fighting with some major Van band members. WTF happened? - Fri, 6 Oct 2006 1:01am Edited: Fri, 6 Oct 2006 1:12am
Curmudgeon Rocker User Info... | We're not allowed to talk it about orelse Blasphemy's boy scouts will get all junior high on us if we go over there. /let the baseball bats and being twice everyone's size do the talking, I guess, huh? - Fri, 6 Oct 2006 7:41am Edited: Fri, 6 Oct 2006 7:44am
_Griphin_ User Info... | All junior high on us?!? *chuckle* - Fri, 6 Oct 2006 10:32am
Mr. Hell User Info... | It was just someone acting jerky, pissing off quite a few people, then pissing off and shoving the wrong guy and getting punched in the head a lot. Then accusations of said person being jumped by ten guys when it was only one started flying. These "ten guys" were actually two guys trying to pull the puncher off the punchee. There was some wrestling and further minor punching after that as well. The punchee started the whole thing. There was blood and understandable banding together of the Vancouver people. One bad apple ruined it for everyone. His friends all seemed very cool otherwise. Is there a big uproar over there about this? If so, there shouldn't be. It was a fair and deserved fight. - Sat, 7 Oct 2006 11:00am Edited: Sat, 7 Oct 2006 4:08pm
ROSS B AY User Info... | Oh yeah? What the fuck are YOU looking at? Huh? - Sat, 7 Oct 2006 12:17pm
ML7Mike User Info... | I got to miss the festivities, but from Ive been told, a friend of the Van crowd refused to give a rent paying tenant back his birthday bottle of whiskey, which was being passed around, and one thing led to another. Ive been told that he was also trying to play the heavy on another friend who is actualy part of that Van crowd, Im sure I dont need to mention his name, but he said that in hindsight its pretty much agreed that the individual who got popped, deserved it 100%. thats what I heard anyhow but who knows, everyone was probably gooned anyways! - Sat, 7 Oct 2006 4:01pm
Mr. Hell User Info... | I was completely sober, unfortunately. I was standing three feet from the beating. The whiskey bottle was one of many reasons this happened. Some unwanted groping and general rudeness were other reasons. Exciting stuff! - Sat, 7 Oct 2006 4:04pm
BenHurle User Info... | I dont see what the problem is. Guy comes to another bands jam spot and starts groping another guys wife, then gets told by the husband its his wife, then continues to grope, gets told again, shoves the husband, husband punches. Its what happens when you grope someones wife. obviously friends will stick up for friends, which is how other dudes from Blasphemy got involved. The stupidest part I heard is that the landlady of the building brought these guys there and that the band in the room were new tenants having their first formal meeting with said landlady after taking over the spot from the ML7 guys. Way to make a good impression on your new rent payers. And Curmudgeon Rocker. If you werent there, which Ive been told you werent, why would you come to this board and stir the pot by saying a stupid thing like that? How about we post your band name and instrument for all to see, so that if retribution does get served for being an idiot online, its served in the proper direction. Peace. - Mon, 9 Oct 2006 1:07pm
Curmudgeon Rocker User Info... | What the heck's this about stirring the pot? Somebody, who I'm obviously not gonna name, who was there, told me about the situation, plus alot of other stuff, btw, that I didn't wanna bother writing about. Pretty straight forward. /"[retribution getting] served for being an idiot online" /......uh........huh? - Mon, 9 Oct 2006 8:18pm
