| Mace User Info... | 'OUTNUMBERING' THE QUASI-CRIMINALLY ACCUSED IN LIMBOLAND! Seeing how, there is no governance of law, that the Sovereign Nation of Canada, stands for, who does not have 6th Ammendment Protection Rights, {see wikipedia} Due Process is the Sovereign Crown who can take as much time as they want to, to stretch out the time-line basis for a lengthy trial waiting period for people alleged to have committed a illegal act. How, many do not even know or even care, about 'Due Process' and the interpretation of Law, regarding trial expediency- or the reliability of Bail Bonds tactics- in Lieu of the Complainants passed through the Eminence of the courts, taking for granted against the publically accused, these civil rights which should be guidelined under the 'Charter of Rights,'(are not) or the 'so-called,' {Canadian Constitution} under which guise, ofrelating 'Due Process,' of Canadian Law {see: wikipedia} that would guarrantee- a rightful, fair, and speedy trial process- to those, who prefer to see to it- this way. (We here in Canada, aren't offered under the Charter- A Human Rights benefit or Prisoners Rights....----->) Unlike, the U.S. Constitutation has listed under the 6TH AMMENDMENT which guarrantees these qualities to its' own citizens, that our own Draconian/Canadian Supreme Courts over-shadow, the minority such as those who are to be determined to stand trial in a suitable acclimated situation- comparible to the 6TH AMMENDMENT. (Ref.- the Royal Ascent of Parliament, a Governor General's request to pass a bill into Legislative Law, or the Supreme Court of Canada, expedition of Rights for Gay Marriage- ) We as Canadian Citizens need a re-vamping- above 'These Supreme Level of Justice-oninans' that prevent people who are caught up in an endless, daily, nightmare against the Canadian Court Systems and Police- who are limited by these sole decision makers of the Law, of those who hold onto power under a corrupted platform, (see: former Federal Liberal Party of Canada) to propel their over-whelming beliefs against the average working-class 'little man' on their own manifest formation of the Supreme Court of Canada to pass all to familiar judgements of it's own inklings. That, this Inadequate Canadian Justice System- could prevent someone who would like to face the consequences and not be held beyond an 'exorbitant' and overly-lengthy- sustaining bail order. TO PLEAD GUILTY! WITHOUT DELAY! My friend receives the strangest phone call the other day, (*No Identification of the caller, my friend fails to ask who it was....) saying to the extent of,"There is a warrant out for Macen's arrest, he didn't show up in court- you don't have to come to court now, the supoeana, is cancelled, and apparently, Macen is now going to plead 'Not Guilty,' his Trial date is void /cancelled, so now you don't have to show up." So, just as I'm having this great day n' all, all day, on Thursday, I find out the news, as I'm walking in the door from work for the day.. So, here I was thinking at the time, "No fuckin' way, my Legal Aide Lawyer, bails out and goes on Vacation with out notifying anyone, to be there in his place?" THis is exactly what happened... My lawyer, skips town on my trial confirmation case, leaving a warrant for my arrest instead. This is the same lawyer, who ML7MIKE posts about defending a case relating alleged acts of police brutality. http://www.livevictoria.com/?action=browse_messageboard&new_subject=255169¤t_board=1&PHPSESSID=1f935b4dfd3e5acf957f0b5768016e2f After waiting, seven whole fucking months to plead guilty, (actual trial date set was Oct. 5, 2006) the trial is cancelled, and here I am still on a strict fucking $1500 Assurity Bail Order, which this Lawyer - 'Richard Neary' says he'll file an application to a Judge to ease up on the restrictions. (back in May- he never does...) Meanwhile, I am responsible for the ammount of $1500, for a friend who bailed me out, should the police arrest me during this time? My friend, not me- is %100 responsible for... fuck'em he owes me $600 bux at the moment.. (lets go cause some shit!) This entire, fiasco, in itself, is a Human Rights violation, that is almost worthy of me running to Ammnesty Intl. Canada over. That I won't.
