| lonemonk User Info... | I spent a long time listening to the blues. What I found though was that I only enjoyed the very best possible players doing it. We've all been to lame 'blues jams', and white boys just can't cut it. (None of them.) Cheap blues sickens me, and it almost put me off the whole genre. When its Sonny Boy Williamson (either one) doing it however, its fuckin' brilliant. Some of the best blues I have heard in years is being archived at the Library of Congress. They have multiple file types (WAV, MP3, Real) and old posters advertising the shows from the 30's-40's. If you love the blues you will check this out. They have so much it kept me there for a couple of hours last time I was there. Try John Lee Thomas, Harmonica.
