Crispy User Info... | How fucking gay. Oh the glory days. Fucking geezers (listners & bands). What no post for Winger. Tsk tsk! - Tue, 19 Aug 2003 1:02am
Charles the Clown User Info... | Hey Crispy, glory days? Vai and Malmsteen never went head to head before that I know of. If it's old glory days to you, how sad today's music isnt flooded with talent like the old glory days. Thats alot of talent at one show. - Tue, 19 Aug 2003 5:04am
The Ref User Info... | I believe that G3 has toured several times before. Nothin' new. Malmsteen & Vai included. They've been doing it for years(FYI). Entertaining for about the first 5 minutes, then nothin' but musical masterbation. Too much on one bill. All killer players though. - Tue, 19 Aug 2003 9:18am
Zippgunn User Info... | Head to head says it all; these wankers all blow donkey dick, Malmsteen especially. His best recording is the one that's circulating on the internet of him having a hissy fit on an airliner. Hysterical! - Tue, 19 Aug 2003 1:28pm
SentencedtoBurn User Info... | " You've released the fucking fury.... You've released the fucking fury" So good. I don't even play guitar but I can certainly appreciate what Vai and Satriani are capable of doing. As for Malmsteen, meh... overly bloated, coked-out, Swedish fuck. - Tue, 19 Aug 2003 3:42pm
Gagg User Info... | Malmsteen and vai have never toured G3 together. It was only once before with Vai Johnson and Satriani. Just to let you know. Mr. Know it all! - Tue, 19 Aug 2003 4:27pm

Charles the Clown User Info... | http://www.blabbermouth.net/yngwie_tokyo_flight.mp3 wonder what the outcome was.... - Tue, 19 Aug 2003 7:51pm
Zippgunn User Info... | Yngvie sounds like such a charming chappie, doesn't he? - Tue, 19 Aug 2003 8:23pm
Gagg User Info... | You also say how they have been doing it for years there REF. Also you say how it is entertaining first 5 minutes and that it is nothing new. Everything you said was false.Again another time when you just speak to hear yourself. - Tue, 19 Aug 2003 9:13pm
Charles the Clown User Info... | I was just thinking if I spent an extra few hundred dollars for first class seats for more comfort, better food and service. I would be pissed off if some woman poured a pitcher of water over me and my mate' Does anyone know more about this incident? Like why did she dump water on him in the first place? Can you get a lawsuit against someone for disturbing your flight with water? Or would it be better to hire out revenge? - Tue, 19 Aug 2003 9:20pm
The Ref User Info... | What part of "I believe" didn't you understand?? You certainly are one of THE most DENSE individuals on this board! By the way, speaking and writing are two different mediums of communication. Just an FYI know-it-all. - Wed, 20 Aug 2003 12:22am
Gagg User Info... | I didnt understand how someone who obviously has no clue in the matter, would say "I believe", then come up with jibberish you made off the top of your head just to slag something. Malmsteen has never played with them, there has only been one G3 and NO they havent been doing it for years, the only one was 7 years ago. Loser. WHY DONT YOU POST TO NEV NOW AND GET ME BANNED LIKE YOU DID TO THE OTHER GUY - Wed, 20 Aug 2003 12:55am
The Ref User Info... | "Killer Players"? Sure sounds like a slag to me?? Tool! Now why don't you go cry to someone who cares! Besides, I enjoy your little rants. Your instigation techniques are entertaining to say the least. Albeit a tad shallow, but entertaining never the less! You are what you are! Entertaining fodder for the rest of us. - Wed, 20 Aug 2003 1:22am
Gagg User Info... | I love how you make a post with (FYI) which means for your info. Then i come on and say you know nothing of what you speak and you tell me to go fuck myself. Nice work, you are the entertainer. Let me guess,,,,,dont get laid much do we! Oh and by the way, where is this huge band you were putting together. Still waiting for show dates - Wed, 20 Aug 2003 2:12am
The Ref User Info... | Coward! - Wed, 20 Aug 2003 2:14am
Stalker User Info... | Yeah, where's the big band? I've been in 8 bands and they still dont know it. Supprised are we? - Wed, 20 Aug 2003 2:26am
Korn Koiler User Info... | Funny how a burnout hippy punk redneck like Zippgay can dis on this band of old wankers. - Wed, 20 Aug 2003 8:17pm
Zippgunn User Info... | Well Korn old chap that's because they really are... wankers. Vai at least had the good sense to apprentice under a real musician (Zappa) but Shatriani and Bawlmsteen are amongst the most ferocious masterbators around. This could actually be worse than the McLaughlin, DiMeola, Delucia acoustic trio which sounded like a disturbed beehive for its entire CD. G3 is a dumb name too, it should be Wankers Cubed. Oh and where's the "clinic"? As for me; a "burnout"? "Redneck"? I play and record more music in a weekend than any of you clowns do in a month. And it's creative diverse music, all over the place not like these pro forma guitar gymnasts. I hope the gig is in Van and very expensive, serve you suckers right. I'll be moving forward not, like G3, resting on my laurels. - Thu, 21 Aug 2003 1:51pm
The Ref User Info... | Right on Zippy! - Thu, 21 Aug 2003 3:00pm
Robnoxious User Info... | Well obviously Mr. Henderson & The Ref won't be going to this. To each their own and slag all you want but Joe Satriani in my opinion is among the top 10 living guitarist on the planet (Vai & Malmsteen I can do without). - Thu, 21 Aug 2003 4:20pm
The Ref User Info... | I think that you misunderstood. My right on was meant in a "way to speak your mind" kinda thing. I personally believe that it's gonna be mind bending, blazing solo's, one after the other. A little too much for my taste. However, I am a HUGE fan of Vai, have all of his CD's. I especially like "Surfing with the alien". I also own some Malmsteen and Satriani. Of the three, Satriani and Vai are among my favs. Just not all in one sitting. I really like Robert Johnson too, as someone pointed out, he was part of the last G3 tour. Cheers! - Thu, 21 Aug 2003 5:03pm
wanker User Info... | HAHAHAHAHA Its ERIC johnson you idiot! Ref every time you speak (type)it just shows us more you know NOTHING of what you speak(type). HAHAHAHAHAHA RObert!!!!! HAHAHAHAHA Shouldnt you be complaining to Webmaster by now??? hahaha - Thu, 21 Aug 2003 6:45pm
Masturbating The War God User Info... - thats really fucking sad. It's water for fucks sake, it dries. - Thu, 21 Aug 2003 8:56pm
Mr. Hell User Info... | Satriani is an amazing song writer and his technical abilities are second to none. Flying In A Blue Dream was, IMO his best overall. Diverse with great vocals. Steve Vai is a true innovator of virtuoso guitar playing. Great producer and speed beyond most everyone on the fretboard. Eric Johnson is good, but doesn't do much for me. Malmsteen? Please. He would be better off scouring the local thrift shop for another ruffled shirt than torturing everyone with his classical wacking. I won't be seeing this, but if I lived in Vancouver I would be at The Orpheum when they come this way. - Thu, 21 Aug 2003 9:57pm
Danny Silverfish User Info... | Too right mr hell! arg this chair be high says I - Thu, 21 Aug 2003 10:49pm
The Ref User Info... | Ahh Wanker/Anonymous/The (Fake) Ref/Bag of glue/Blow me and many more...! Up to your old tricks. Well I give you that one, my mistake. Don't know why I was thinking Robert Johnson. Actually a blues artist I believe. Your barbs are as shallow and as dull as ever. By the way, only the Wreaker occasionally rules me. You aint gotta a chance in hell! Much too shallow a fella for my liking! Oh and don't forget a coward as well! You were right though (one of the few times that you've actually said something that wasn't idiotic) LOL! - Thu, 21 Aug 2003 11:00pm
SentencedtoBurn User Info... | I think the whole Yngwie fracas started by him making some sexist/anti-gay remarks while on the flight. I'm pretty sure he said some derogatory stuff about lesbians, or was just being a drunk asshole, and that prompted the women to dump the water on him. One question Yngwie...What's wrong with lesbians? I personally think lesbians are just awesome. But that's me. - Fri, 22 Aug 2003 2:38pm
tidbit User Info... | Point of clarification on Robert Johnson. He was definately a Blues player. He wrote Crossroads and other blues classics horribly covered by Eric Clapton and others. Robert Johnson is the Blues musician who's "lost songs" are sought in the movie "Crossroads".The Faust story of selling your soul to the devil for talent has often been associated with Johnson. This is due largely to the lyrics in his songs suggesting the story and his brief disappearance. After his abscence from the "scene" Johnson's slide and singing skills had greatly improved thus providing the source of the devil deal rumour. Historians have found that Johnson was in jail during this period which would have been a perfect "wood shedding" period for his playing. Unfortunately Johnson was killed in some sordid love triangle intrigue leaving only a handful of songs recorded by Folkways records I believe. Folkways was a label specializing in docuementing folk and indigenous music for the Smithsonian. And all of this happened probably before many of your grandparents were even born. So no, Robert is definately NOT the blonde white boy who plays"Cliffs of Dover" and hocks strings in Guitar Player magazine. That would be Eric. - Fri, 22 Aug 2003 2:49pm
Gathering dust User Info... | Never heard of any of em... - Mon, 25 Aug 2003 2:32am
Tim User Info... | If anyone actually thinks Yngwie's still cool, all you have to do is go check out that picture of him wearing a leather trench coat and aviator sunglasses on Steve Vai's website and you'll take it all back. It's absoluteley hilarious. - Tue, 26 Aug 2003 12:31am
Hanneman User Info... | What the hell is wrong woth you people??!! Are you so insecure with your own playing that you can't appriciate some of the greatest players of our time??? I'll bet you've never heard of Michael Angelo or Jason Becker too. Yarg! - Tue, 26 Aug 2003 9:43pm
