| Khert User Info... | We have a jam space available to share with a band FOR A FEW MONTHS while we wait for our 4th member. We only use it once and a while to play acoustics. It's a brand new room with heat and A/C and a high ceiling. We have a small PA set up there and a temp drum kit that can remain or be removed. Dictionary.com has a·vail·a·ble... –adjective 1. suitable or ready for use; of use or service; at hand: I used whatever tools were available. 2. readily obtainable; accessible: available resources. 3. having sufficient power or efficacy; valid. 4.
