Punks, Metalheads and dirty hippies if they shower are welcome." There's also a pic up in his profile. of his favorite finger. - Thu, 21 Feb 2008 11:21pm Edited: Thu, 21 Feb 2008 11:22pm
Tyler User Info... | I once ran a bunch of metal midis through my MIDINES cartridge (interprets midi signals and runs them through the Nintendo's five channels). it was cool. I did it with Angel of Death too. I should have made videos and gotten hundreds of thousands of hits too but I kind of just laughed to myself and discarded it. just saying, to argue with your title, that the atari (at least the 2600, which is usually what atari refers to) is not capable of this. you probably meant atari computer. anyway, I'm pretty sure it was done with software synthesis. I only watched the first video though. - Fri, 22 Feb 2008 1:58am
DOOMHAMMER User Info... | a) of course its software synthesis b) those ones dont even have hundreds of thousands of hits, most people wouldnt give a shit about 8bit metal c) no, I meant atari 2600 8 bit sound. the music isnt made on the atari, and I doubt if anyone really cares if its 100% accurate or not in terms of 'could the system really do this?' If anything, its more true NES, but atari just sounds cooler. d) you should take more stupid shit seriously http://youtube.com/watch?v=caIBKOztlAo - Fri, 22 Feb 2008 4:13pm
