evilkleg User Info... | They were available starting at 10am this morning (June 12). I managed to get two for the July 12 show at Whitewater Ampitheatre in WA. I've never seen Ozzy before and there are some other bands playing that are kinda cool- Lamb of God, Nile, Behemoth, 3 Inches of Blood, Lordi, Static X. Maybe I'll see ya'll there. - Tue, 12 Jun 2007 12:18pm Edited: Tue, 12 Jun 2007 12:19pm
Masturbating The War God User Info... | Haha, it's so bad they are giving away FREE TICKETS?! ahaha... - Tue, 12 Jun 2007 5:01pm
XY-SATAN User Info... | It will be a good show non the less, free tickets is a bonus.. Too bad they couldn’t give free ticks to the people who've loyally gone to the shows in the past. It burns me up for putting up with now having to buy a Ozzy CD to get first dib, go fuck yourself Ozz/Zakk. I refuse. Ozzy’s disappointed me too many times in the past and Zakk357 still owes me money for fucks sake! Hehehe!! Please some one throw a 357 Die cast ZW choppers on stage for me at Zakk, I'LL SUPPLY IT! hehe! Word of advice for White river, Get there at least a couple of hours before hand to see anything on the second stage. Last time I went there (over a hour early) we just got in there just to see Arch Enemy say thank you, good night….err? Morning! Lol ! If you can smuggle a water bottle in or container in you’re styling. There’s no ins and outs so you’re trapped there for 16 hours. If It’s warm you can be fucked, cause there’s no cold water in the taps at any of the bathrooms… well except the VIP sections . Only two water fountains for 60 thousand people so you’ll be paying $5 a bottle American to pour it into a cup. And they didn’t even have a booth with water open till 12 noon … the place sucks monkey ballz.. You don’t get to sit in your seat till after 6:00pm. Oh there’s kind of a VIP thing for areas that sucks.. It’s like being one of the lowly $120 a seat whilst the club card kids drink and party. It wasn’t like this years ago but it sucks shit, hate the place, hope It gets nuked. Oh, watch out for after the show ends, you’re better to bus in because it will take you OVER 2 hours just to get back too Auburn driving … or parking as I’d like to call it . Bars closed too, fucked. Also… The bus service drops you off in the middle of no where with no bus service.. NO JOKE!! Your also fucked cause there no cabs because there 40’000 other’s doing the same thing… It’s a fucking joke!! The Plusses? Cops and the casino were cool though, oh and Denny’s has a bar with a pool table in it at Auburn Wash so you can get your ass drunk and the fuck out of there as soon as possible.LOL! Have Fun @ Ozzfest!! Hehehe! . - Tue, 12 Jun 2007 7:36pm Edited: Tue, 12 Jun 2007 8:00pm
evilkleg User Info... | You don't have to buy the cd to get a code, just get it on the net. Normally, I wouldn't bother with Ozzfest but I'm going to be in Seattle anyway at that time so I figured "what the hell". - Wed, 13 Jun 2007 11:49am
inhalien User Info... | I got mine but we're thinking Ozzfest will be much different this year. If the tickets are free, and they are, and you get to Auburn and its pouring rain, would you go if you didn't pay anything for the ticket? Some will, some won't. I'll bet they have half the attendance as they normally do. Another thing that's lame is we normally go in a crew of a dozen people and sit together. Now that you can only get two seats at a time together, your friends are sitting elsewhere. The town of Auburn sucks mightily and there is DA to do besides go to Ozzfest. I doubt you can get a water bottle in - they pat you down in the parking lot BEFORE you board the bus, as well as getting into the concert. - Wed, 13 Jun 2007 12:19pm
Deitrosity User Info... | went afew years ago and ya I wasnt impressed. Never went back. Ya its a big fuc^ing terrorist threat to allow people to refill water bottles when its like 30 degrees or whatever. If I died(wich by the way I almost did) from malnutrition and sunstroke becuase of this would they be somehow liable? - Wed, 13 Jun 2007 5:30pm
trevor corey User Info... | .......would it matter? - Wed, 13 Jun 2007 5:44pm
maniac User Info... | another word of advice for Auburn!!! Make sure when you make hotel reservations that the person on the other end isn't a dumb #%%* and book your room in Auburn, California by mistake! Otherwise, you're sleepin' on the dirt or on your very good friends' hotel floor!!!! - Wed, 13 Jun 2007 5:58pm
beazlbub User Info... | i wish i could go i went last year and had a blast we went in my friends camper slept in the casino parking lot (its free)ate at the casino and drove and parked the camper at the show when the show was over we just went back to the camper partied with our neibours and woke up in the morning to drive home .the worst part was the asshole border guards but as far as the ozzfest venue there were plenty of places to sit and (Maybe cause we had pit tickets)we basically sat anywhere we wanted lineup for booze in the beers gardens kinda sucked but all in all it was worth it - Wed, 13 Jun 2007 11:41pm Edited: Wed, 13 Jun 2007 11:42pm
PCreaper User Info... | Well the Ozzfest Free-Sale was a clusterfuck like I predicted but I got tickets to Whiteriver and the Gorge - thanks to my buddy inhalien @ work. XY I hear ya - I just wanted to pay to get my 8 tickets all in a nice row. So its sounds like you just threw in the towel and are not going? If anyone has any extra tickets to the Gorge I have people in need!! Just to clarify - I take a soft cooler to WhiteRiver all the time - it will be searched but you can bring in almost anything legal. We have brought sandwitches, ice (which became nice cold water), nuts etc. They are quite nice. The Gorge is the place that won't let you bring anything most of the time. - Thu, 14 Jun 2007 10:21am
