Lucius User Info... | I think the guitars are a bit thick? PS: This was mixed on a PA and headphones rather than studio monitors. Cheers Lucius http://www.nomotherspride.com/MP3/nmp-dont_know.mp3 - Fri, 11 Aug 2006 1:00pm
Mi*coll* User Info... | doesn't sound too bad to me at all. i think the guitars are a bit high in the mix, and yeah, i'd scoop out a bit of the low mids (150-250 hz-ish, maybe a couple db) and maybe high pass them around 100 hz. the drums sound a bit "clicky" to me, too. that might be because the transients are too loud, so i'd maybe compress them using fast attack, fast release settings to bring out more "beef". but then, this clearly isn't a finished track, so maybe in a busier mix you won't have to do anything :) --mike - Fri, 11 Aug 2006 4:28pm
