Matteus User Info... | SO.... For those of you who have seen the videos I have made on my website, what do ya think? http://www.meetyouattheendoftime.com/bandvids.html The first ones were touch and go with the sound, and the video quality is OKAY. But if you check out any of the following, I belive that the sound quality is super. Blue Mundae (Melodic Acoustic Rock) Blank Slate (rock/blues/folk) T.A.W.G (Two asians and a white guy) (PUNK) The Vendors (Explosive new indie rock) Mouthful of Bees (Rock 'n' fuckin' ROLL!!) The Deadbeats (New age Rock / Grunge) Kincaide "06" (Delicately explosive screamo) Italian Edition ( Indie / Progressive / Rock) Cry of the Afflicted (Metal / Hardcore / Punk) Cry of the Afflicted (part two) Hey Marmaduke (Funk) Kemiztry (exp. funk metal) Now since the sound of a band is more important than the look of a band, I feel that this is a step in the right direction. I have made a total of 4 live DVD's for Makeshift Alibi, November Rising, Kincaide and Kemiztry. I have gotten to the point were it doesnt take me 20 hours to make one. The video that you see on the website is 680x480 in a WMV codec and a dvd is video quality (720x680) with no codec. The bottom line I am asking is how much is it worth to you as a band to get: - a live audio recording out of the sound board that you can edit later - all the board audio mixed with the camcorder audio to get a live CD. - and the DVD, with menu, titles, etc, etc I'd appriciate the feedback. I'd also like to note that I just bought a pre sonus FIREPOD. THis means that the audio I can get now is even better if the sound guy lets me patch into some of the inserts cause I can do post editting down the road. I'd like to give a big thanks to PAUL FROM STEAMERS for all of his help in the steamers video and RAURI FROM LUCKY BAR who help with all the lucky videos. Couldnt have sounds half as good with out you guys. thanks matteus email: [email protected] p.s- I aint selling out, I will continue to do small gigs here and there to put up on the website. - Tue, 20 Jun 2006 2:02pm | ||
