digger User Info... | 3-500 or 1000? I have done it before but not lately I have been told that Precision Disk is the place. - Wed, 15 Mar 2006 4:15pm
lonemonk User Info... | The topic has come up many times before. Usually the consensus is that 1000 will be nearly impossible to get rid of. - Thu, 16 Mar 2006 8:50am Edited: Thu, 16 Mar 2006 8:52am
zakco User Info... | It basically comes down to whether or not you will be actively promoting and marketing the disc. If your band does 10 shows per year, locally and never leaves victoria then yes...that's probably not a realistic number. However, if you are doing any real number of shows, getting out of town and properly marketing them, 1000 units is totally viable. In fact the pricing for 1000 is SO much better that 500 discs makes no sense at all. At 300, you're paying almost as much as 500! You just have to be honest about your commercial aspirations. This is one thing that seperates the hobbyist from the career minded - 1000 CDs is nothing for the truly driven. Oh yeah....making a decent product helps too. -Z- - Thu, 16 Mar 2006 9:00am Edited: Thu, 16 Mar 2006 9:10am
