unseen_class User Info... | no heat. it getts pretty cold in there - Mon, 19 Dec 2005 11:45am
Dave User Info... | constant heat fluctuations arent the best for drums (or anygear) becuase when things heat up they expand and contract when they cool and different materials do that a different rates so it can be bad with drums the plies possibly serperating but for drums humitidty is worse very easliy warping the drums get a humidifier and a space heater and the gear should be okay also get some thick insulation that could possibly double as sound proofing and you should be set - Mon, 19 Dec 2005 12:52pm
unseen_class User Info... | thanks man - Mon, 19 Dec 2005 5:03pm
420 User Info... | i think Dave means 'dehumidifier' not 'humidifier', the plan is for less moisture right? depending if there is a moisture problem to start with. you might be able to get away with using a heater alone. but be carefull leaving shitty fan type heaters unattended for long periods of time. - Tue, 20 Dec 2005 10:05am
Dave User Info... | o whoops yes i did mea DEhumidifier im just always tired and i tend to rarly look at the keyboard - Tue, 20 Dec 2005 10:28am
