lonemonk User Info... | The title says a recording computer, but in the body you dont mention anything about recording other tham CDs. Any modern P4 or AMD with 512MB, onboard video, LG52X CD recorder and a 250 GB drives will fit within your budget. However, if you have some fancy sound card sitting around that you intend to use for some ungodly number of simultaneous tracks then the story might be different. I suggest http://www.ncix.com . You wont find prices this cheap on the island, and shipping is peanuts cause their in Vancouver. Many of my friends have had awesome experiences with them. AMD is a bit cheaper and nothing wrong with them. You might want to get 1GB of memory instead. - Thu, 7 Jul 2005 8:40am | ||
