Message Board > Music Chitchat - Heavy > why no Wolf Eyes in Victoria? |
moron User Info... | I noticed that Wolf Eyes are playing in Vancouver with a big gap between then and their next show. Logan's, Livevic Scott, Atomique, someone, get these guys a show puhlease? I can't do it as I am tied up with the Noise! Fest but I'd sure like to check 'em out none the less. Wolf Eyes 5/7/2005 Media Club Vancouver BC Here's their booking agency: http://www.windishagency.com/ Cheers - Wed, 6 Apr 2005 4:10pm
lametard User Info... | Wolf Eyes is terrible. I had the pleasure of seeing them open for Sonic Youth last year in Van. It was like a decent into my very own special hell. I wanted to vomit during their entire set... maybe it was the wrong crowd to play to, maybe I was just too stoked for SY... but, if they get a good turn-out in Victoria, I will be suprised. - Wed, 6 Apr 2005 11:08pm

Mi*coll* User Info... | They are amazing. Anyone who saw them at the 50/50 will tell you that, I'm sure. Maybe they're not playing for a few days because.... their next show is in Sao Paulo. Hmmm. - Mon, 11 Apr 2005 11:22pm
Chris Logan User Info... | Yup - we contacted the booking agents and Wolf Eyes are heading to Brazil after Vancouver. We'd book them in the future if there was enough demand. - Tue, 12 Apr 2005 2:57pm
Mi*coll* User Info... | I think that you would find that there is more than enough demand to fill Logan's. - Wed, 13 Apr 2005 3:26pm
