| laprider User Info... | Hey I was out for beers with an old school friend tonite we were talkin about a band we listened to back in the day. Can't find anything on them, probably because I'm not sure on the spelling.....you would be the only peson to know, and probably have a record ot two.. the Band was french I believe...MENEGE (sp)? kindo of trippy neo bad 70's fusiony and I'm swear the was a flute in there ..I had a tape of a live album. any idea - Sat, 12 Mar 2005 1:24am | ||
| Zippgunn User Info... | You mean Maneige, a Quebecois fusion band from the '70's. They made two good records for Harvest, then a bunch for Polydor (the most famous of which was Self Service/Libre Service). The rule with them seems to be the earlier the record the better; they started out sounding like later period Gong and ended up sounding like Spyrogyra. - Sun, 13 Mar 2005 7:20pm | ||
