Kris North User Info... | get cool edit, a year ago or so i recorded some tracks with just me and a guitar as low quality as i could, and then threw them onto my computer to edit up and cool edit pro was the easiest and best program i've played with. Garageband is far more powerful but probably harder to pirate and a little more complicated. Werd - Mon, 13 Dec 2004 8:03am

ScottL User Info... | Stienberg Cubase and Nuendo are all quite versatile programs, that are easily aquired. Some may say they are competing along side ProTools to become standard. Great for anything including MIDI. Done some good things with them myself. - Tue, 14 Dec 2004 8:07pm
The Cause User Info... | how easy are these to use, caus i basically only have once mic no mixer, um i watn somethign i can do layersupon layers, does anyone also know if theres a way to plug an amp into a computer... or is it easiest to just mic it up? - Tue, 14 Dec 2004 8:16pm
[+} User Info... | i'd get a Tascam US-122 which is a USB interface, and plug right into the computer. or mic your speaker and run the mic into your soundcard. you might have problems syncing up your tracks with the second option, but it's less expensive. - Tue, 14 Dec 2004 8:23pm
