marvelus10 User Info... | So whats the gossip on the Dayglo Abortions? They put on a pretty damm good show tonight at the Cambie in Nanaimo, Mike was awesome on drums. But why is he on drums? Cretin typical did a little Bonehead bashing they played a lot of older stuff that apparently Bonehead doesn't like, some I have never seen played live it was sweet. So is Mike their touring drummer for the USA tour? Is Bonehead out? How many new songs does Cretin have, they played one (something about Armageddon)? - Sat, 9 Apr 2011 2:11am
Sati User Info... | I finally braved a DA show (crowd) a couple weeks ago after way too long, and there honestly was no place on earth I'd rather have been. SO happy. I like the way people post to this section, people look at this section, but no one posts to anyone else's threads. I'm thinking if Dayglos aren't common interest enough on here, its probably time to shut 'er down! - Wed, 27 Apr 2011 11:06pm
sam User Info... | Hey Sati - I couldn't agree more... Dayglos are still fucking excellent. Marc's on drums now permanently and he is sick, stoked and full of energy. Brian quit. Thank christ Murray's singing. Jimbo was a good frontman but I hated watching him sing guano and feedusafetus songs and Murray off to the side doing backup vocals. So wrong. They'll always be in my top ten faves. As long as Murray is frontman I'll always go to their shows and buy new albums. Looking forward to new album. Now they're touring the states and playing sold out shows. You're right - if this town doesn't give a shit about the dayglos everyone sucks because the rest of the world sure does. Best band in this town if you ask me and you didn't but I don't give a fuck. Wanta fight? Ha ha - Wed, 25 May 2011 9:59pm Edited: Wed, 25 May 2011 10:17pm
