| Troutbreath User Info... | I have some problems with the way Rock Solid conducts themselves. They tend to dominate youth programs and cater to youth that don't need the help as much as street youth and other kids at risk. Rock Solid absorbs money that should go to these areas. I have been involved with kids at risk where the funding has been cut back while Rock Solid sends middle class kids to Police Camp.
