| Brian VIHC User Info... | In the past year or so I've been hearing mention of an old Victoria punk band from the 80's. Now I saw No Means No once back in the mid-90's, I know about Contempt and so on, but never heard about this band until recently. Does anyone have any info, recordings, etc? | Bryn User Info... | They were a super fast hardcore band of the early 80s. They released two ep's, "No More Discrimination" and "Hassibah Gets the Martian Brain Squeeze" (if I'm remembering correctly). Both are totally out of print and worth scads of money. They were self -released & then rereleased by Ratcage Records from NYC (the same label as the Beastie Boys!). Jason Flower had a scheme to release a Neo's CD a few years back, but I don't know if it actually got finished. | Curmudgeon Rocker User Info... | The CD was released. Can't remember where I got mine, or if any can still be acquired. If you can get your hands on one - good on ya. Probably - no, they WERE - the most seminal, coolest band to ever come out of this city. Over the years, scads and scads of zines worshipped this band as being one of the most influential, rip-shit-up hardcore bands, PERIOD.
