ahcri User Info... | I just want to use this opportunity to ask you to check out my music, it's located at http://www.ahcri.com/music/ I've been doing this in complete obscurity for quite a long time. In case you need some explanation before deciding to click on that link, my music is a mix of electronic sounds and acoustic recordings. The style is somewhere between The Unicorn and French pop and Sonic Youth, or so I've been told. Also, if anyone knows any appropriate outlet to promote this music, please let me know. So yeah, any feedback is appreciated. Thanks. - Fri, 9 Jul 2004 11:27am

Curmudgeon Rocker User Info... | Geez - The Residents. I briefly had the Tune of Two Cities LP. Their fucked-up "Hello Dolly" - I can't remember if it's on that album or another one. Tripped-out shit, man. - Fri, 9 Jul 2004 4:17pm
_//\<"V">/\\_ User Info... | "hello dolly" was on their ep entitled "duck stab". - Fri, 9 Jul 2004 7:47pm
ahcri User Info... | Nice comparison. Although I've never heard The Residents, I've been shown some of their album arts. Now I NEED to listen to it. - Fri, 9 Jul 2004 9:32pm
lonemonk User Info... | I used to have a live recoding (Holland, If I'm not mistaken). Theme is surrounding a mass exodus of the underground 'mole people'. I swear I have never made it through the whole thing for the simple reason that the frequencies tend to hypnotize. (The music oscillates back and forth while the vocals chant the strangest stuff). Headphones in particular would make the thing more pronounced. It was the ultimate art music, but it was performed so fucking strangely that I couldn't help admiring it on some level. The Residents had a pretty cool CDRom game in ther early nineties as well. It was a masterful and surreal computer art piece for its time. - Sat, 10 Jul 2004 12:53am
