| GOD User Info... | Unfortunately, this news comes from fellow musician, DOUG ORGAN. "Just in time for Junofest a bit of awful news: I've been robbed. Sometime between 9PM and 3AM on Saturday, April 3rd, my house was broken in to and muscial equipment was stolen. I'm asking you, my friends and fellow musicians, to keep an eye out for these items or anyone trying to sell them: Fender Rhodes stage 73 electric piano (with no cover) with sustain pedal Fender Rhodes stage 88 electric piano (with no cover) Realistic Concertmate Moog Synthesizer DOD phasor pedal 2 Studio Projects C1 microphones and 2 microphone stands Norman acoustic guitar Yamaha electric bass (red with yellow knobs) Could you please, please forward this to anyone you know in Western Canada (i'm not ruling out any cities) who might encounter pieces like these. As you may know, music is my livelihood and this break-in could do a lot of damage to my ability to work. Pawn shops are the jurisdiction of the police, so I'm relying on you all to keep your ear to the ground. The pieces that were stolen are so easily identifiable (how many people in Alberta do you know have a fender rhodes), even with a fresh coat of paint. What's more is they are worth nothing except to me. I thank you in advance for looking out for me. | Uhhhh User Info... | Uhhhh Rhodes worth nothing? Me thinks not. I'm really sorry to hear about your loss, you had some pretty choice gear stolen but come on everybody knows that a Rhodes is a rare and beautiful instrument, saying it's worth nothing to anyone except you is kindda silly. - Wed, 7 Apr 2004 9:35am | ||
