And I mean per say a weekend with lots of other options,

Given the opportunity would you pay a "bar" scale cover to see a band at an unlisenced but permanent venue....think Duncan showroom garage but bigger.

local and touring acts....but with proper stage and production. - Sun, 30 Aug 2009 2:38pm Edited: Sun, 30 Aug 2009 2:43pm

The more venues the better!
Competition makes everyone have to step it up which is a good thing. - Sun, 30 Aug 2009 3:45pm

Depends on the acts and the location. I expect it to be a hard run unless you are magic at getting kids out, the old folks like their drinks.

You have a point Moron....Yes I think it would be good....

I have been running this thought around in me head since the esquimalt jam spots were closed down.It would be cool to have a beer garden or something like that so the kids aren't drinking and fucking it up for us all. - Mon, 31 Aug 2009 9:58am

What's bar scale? $8? $18?
If it's like the Garage I'm assuming you mean no booze but weed is OK?
I'd love to see a venue like that.
The Garage is a bit small in my opinion too.
And it would have to be in a central location. - Mon, 31 Aug 2009 2:45pm Edited: Mon, 31 Aug 2009 2:45pm
