| Colin Sick User Info... | This company sounds like the biggest load. For those of you who are not aware this is a call center for ATT in the states. The people who work there are not allowed to tell where they work, they are only allowed to say "we are north of seattle". User Info... | i work for west corp. it's hilarious... i'm moving up to the "resolution specialst" position where i will receive calls from idiot reps who can't find solutions to customers' problems, or screaming customers who just want to bitch about how stupid they are because they couldn't just read the terms&conditions or damn directions themselves before telling us we've made a mistake with their dumbass roaming charges. there's good pay, full benefits and continuous entertainment. people get so worked up there because they take it all seriously..... if you learn to laugh at the dumbasses that call in it makes the job a whole lot easier. - Fri, 28 Nov 2003 9:20pm | ||
