| ML7Mike User Info... | Jamspace available NOW. We have - secure doors, building patrolled by Vic Security, - Soundproofed, dampened walls and ceiling - Bathroom, Heating, Air conditioner, lounge area, no cigarette smoking, We've been here 4 years, no problems. We need a 3rd band. Must be trustworthy and able to pay the rent on time. Dont bother us unless you are ready to stay for at least 6 months. You will share with 2 mature bands who dont touch other bands gear. Your drums will stay setup but your cabs will need to be rolled to the side. You are gauranteed two nights per week, plus any days of the week that arent pre-booked ( typically not ) We have 24 hour a day usage so jams can go as late as your band needs. $200 per month includes everything. | Pierce User Info... | Ironically, ML7MIKE's last post was ironic. Irony is when the total opposite of what would be excepted, occurs. There was no irony in the last comment. Since he asked you about a fridge and you responded about a fridge eliminates the irony. Also, you were looking for a fridge, and may have found one so that eliminates irony. | ML7Mike User Info... | The irony, proffessor Pierce, is that Mr Wreaker is a heavy beer guzzlin jam man as we all are. He used to jam in said spot with Gallows End. They always complained about no fridge. But the same day the remnants of Gallow's End announce their departure from the spot, a fridge gets donated to it.
