| paulyhardcore User Info... | Greetings Live Vic'ers I currently occupy a 2 BR Suite at Queens & Quadra. It is a small suite but quite livable & comfortable. At present I have 2 cats, but they may or may not be there come that time, as I am not sure if my Ex will be taking them with. Rent is $800/month + Hydro which is minimal as long as the baseboards are turned off and we're "power smart" haha. also will have to kick in 1/2 of the damage deposit [$200] and if you have a pet, there is a pet deposit as well required. I'm pretty easy to get along with and keep to myself for the most part.
