| pooetry User Info... | Where do people park when they go to Thursdays... er is Logans or whatever? I drove down there and left my vehicle outside that crack house on North Park for the night because I was drinking. When I went to pick up my car this morning, around 12:30pm, it had $60 in fucking tickets - Two tickets for $30 each in less than 4 hours. From what I saw there was no where for me to leave my car except for 2 hour parking and residential parking. I'd have left it in 2 hour, but I knew I wouldn't be getting out of bed until late. | Zippgunn User Info... | A rock star in a Toyota econo box, yeah. If there isn't a spot out front I would advise you to stick to Cook St. even if it's a bit farther away; the side streets around Logan's are bad for car B & E's (caught two guys casing my car one night on North Park and had to literally push my way by them to get into it. I think it's crazy old people who hide behind their curtains peering out at the world in fear who call the cops to come fork out tickets like it where a bad salad anyway. | JJ User Info... | I think it's bloody ridiculous that there is no "legal" overnight parking near Logans. Many a times I've taken my car down there to drop of my boyfriends band gear and the beer called my name, so I just had to stay. I always park in the 2 hr parking on Cook and have been pretty lucky not to get any tickets. I think neighbourhood pubs like that should be able to validate overnight parking for patrons. - Mon, 11 Aug 2003 5:17pm | ||
