Why would you think this would cause an emergency shutdown? back in the old days ( 5+ years ago )there would actually be 100's of people down there on an average weekend and the balconey looked like it was going to buckle half the time. Back when there was an escort agency in #108 and hookers and johns all over the place and the SOB's and AOP's and various other acronym bands would jam till sun-up.
