The Wolf User Info... | I know I should ask the staff but better to do my pre-research! I am going to get a $500 plus multi-effects unit , do they negotiate on price at all? and b) should i get the extra warranty?? Cheers and thanks - Wed, 7 Jan 2009 7:26pm
BBJones User Info... | Yes you can get a deal. Helps if you have history with someone though. I find most of the new punks won't despite looking at your 20+ year $20,000+ sales history. So if you don't know anyone that well, grab someone older. Or better yet, get a young to do lots of work, then close the deal with someone else. They need to learn their sales lessons. I rarely buy the extra warranty. If you're buying quality gear I find you don't need it. I will usually get it when buying expensive used gear. - Thu, 8 Jan 2009 7:29am Edited: Thu, 8 Jan 2009 7:32am
The Wolf User Info... | Thanks for the reply. "Squeaky wheel gets the grease", as it turned out the unit was stickered with the old price and L&M Honored the tagged price. - Fri, 9 Jan 2009 5:36am
Serk User Info... | Same thing happened to me as well, got the 4999$ bass for 2700$ =) They seem to have a lot of those items with old price tags on them. - Fri, 9 Jan 2009 1:33pm
