| Barry | I can't believe what I'm reading here! Most "potential bands", "worst bands in Victoria" etc..What ridiculous topics. There are great bands in Victoria, too bad they have to play in front of a bunch of losers like you guys (and when I say "you guys", I'm refering to the ones who do nothing but hack down all the local bands). Victoria bands aren't the problem here, the audience is...and most of you have zero potential...this message board certainly does! Undergo toured throughout Canada? Great for them. I'm sure a lot of you haven't done that. It takes a while to get fully established. And most of the time its the bands that are actually doing something with themselves that get hacked down in the scene. There is hardly any support on this board, and the ones who do support the scene are either in bands, or people who simply know how hard our local bands bust their asses to get where they are. Hot Hot Heat worked super hard for where they're at. Whether you like them or not, you have to acknowledge the fact that THEY MADE IT! And they did it by working extra hard.
